Mayekawa is a leader in the field of robotics for meat processing, which is very complex. Meat processing robots must be able to recognize subtle differences in each object, such as shape, size and hardness. Mayekawa has developed different types of robots for each process and created high-quality and efficient automated systems that can be used for a wider range of product types at low temperatures.

Mayekawa introduces the “DAS” series, a newly developed brand of meat deboning equipment that achieves high quality and high output meat products to meet customer needs.

The modern “DAS” series is presented on the market all over the world, developed according to the requirements of Japanese food culture.

“TORIDAS” is an automatic machine for deboning a quarter of a chicken. Automatic individual measurement of the entire length and optimal places of cutting allows to ensure high quality and high yield of boneless meat, regardless of the size of the whole leg. High hygienic work is achieved due to minimal human contact during processing.

“YIELDAS” is an automatic machine for deboning chicken breasts.

“TAKIDAS” is an automatic turkey quarter deboning machine.

“WINGDAS” is an automatic machine for cutting chicken wings. Either fully cut up chicken wings or deboned chicken tulips, also known as chicken lollipops, can be produced.

 

“HAMDAS” is an automatic pork ham deboning machine.

 

“WANDAS” is an automatic pork deboning machine. After separating the shoulder, the vertical robot automatically loads the whole pork shoulder onto the machine, cuts the meat along the bone and removes the bones. Automatic detection of the right and left shoulders, as well as their automatic positioning of the bone after X-ray image processing.
