Description

After the complex was put into operation in 2012, already in 2014 the enterprise reached 100% production capacity on two existing production lines. In 2018, the capacity of the enterprise was increased due to the commissioning of a third production line.

The factory’s products are successfully sold in the markets not only of Ukraine, but also of more than 70 countries, including 36 European countries. Products are released under the following trademarks:

  • «Наша Ряба»
  • «Qualiko»
  • «Ukrainian Chicken»
  • «Al Hassanat»
  • «Винницкие цыплята»,
  • «Sultanah»
  • «Assilah».

To ensure all production processes, an ammonia refrigeration unit with a total cooling capacity of 18 915 kW was installed, based on Mycom compressor units.
The refrigeration unit is also equipped with equipment from the world’s leading manufacturers:

  • Evaporative condensers BALTIMORE.
  • Vertical freezers DSI.
  • Pumps HERMETIC, KSB.
  • Heat exchange equipment Thermowave, Goedhart.
  • Shut-off valves and automation HERL, Danfoss, SIEMENS.

 

 

For the first time in 2011, the MAYEKAWA company supplied compressor units of the 3225 COMPOUND series to the Ukrainian market, with a capacity Qo=1005,5 kW at To/Tk= – 41/+35оC.

 

 

 

 

In 2018, a second compressor station with a total cooling capacity of 9 373 kW was launched, based on Mycom compressor units. Also this year, MAYEKAWA supplied new units of the J series, single-stage units with an adjustable compression ratio, productivityь Qo=860 kW at To/Tk= – 41/+35 оC.
