Beverage production, dairy and beer industry
Mayekawa selects the best system for each plant by not only understanding the production process and equipment, but also finding the best way to recycle thermal energy.
Description
Beverages
The production process in beverage plants uses enormous amounts of energy for heating and cooling. Different processes require different energy systems, such as post-pasteurization refrigeration and carbonated beverage refrigeration.
MAYEKAWA offers an energy supply system for individual production processes, taking into account the overall optimization of the entire production process, and designs energy-saving and environmentally friendly plants.
Beverage plants use a large amount of water during the cooling process after pasteurization, so reducing water consumption is also an important issue. We work closely with customers to build water-efficient systems using natural refrigerants, such as adsorption chillers that efficiently use waste heat from pasteurizers.
Dairy production
The production process of dairy products must ensure the production of quality products from selected raw materials in a reliable and safe way for the consumer. MAYEKAWA works closely with customers to develop production lines for dairy enterprises, from receiving raw materials to production and shipping, taking into account achieving optimal temperature conditions and minimizing energy costs. We achieve optimal temperature and conditions for production processes, as well as higher productivity, using our unique technologies and experience.
Breweries
Every brewery strives to save energy and reduce CO emissions2, and MAYEKAWA has achieved notable results in this area.
